Pulling into Baltimore on the Acela (en route to DC for Christmas). Baltimore is an especially depressing city to me for many reasons. At least Amtrak is only 40 minutes late for me after the railway lost power in NJ for three hours this morning. Can’t wait for my mom’s cooking and a too-brief 48 hours of family time before a week in Mexico with friends and V!!!!
