If you’ve ever tried to cancel your Tivo subscription, then maybe you understand… it is one of the more desperate and insecure displays of consumer appeal I’ve ever had to sit through… single-handedly spoiling my largely enjoyed 2+ years of using Tivo. After witnessing that… I would never recommend them to anyone. What a terrible experience.
