The recovery process of Earth if humans were eradicated completely
Why, as I read, did this gave me a sense of relief greater than that of remorse?

Where’s the “i don’t like this” button? Earth and nature are boring without humans. I don’t see where we have to feel guilty/remorseful or apologize for being here and doing what we do. As they say, it is what it is.

I didn’t mean guilt for human presence.  I meant guilt for feeling good about the fact that the Earth will be able to eat up all our leave-behinds.
This is all AFTER one accepts the premise that people are gone.  I see you didn’t buy that ahead of reading through the chart. ;-)  You’re not going extinct without a fight, John. I get it.
